In this episode I talk about how we celebrated Mothers Day weekend, and what I ate. I talk a little about the struggle of organizing family events now that everyone has families of their own. I also discuss the struggle of trying to stay keto and having to say no to family and friends. I also share some tips from my Instagram followers and I to help prepare ourselves so we can be successful during those difficult get togethers.
