On this edition, Caroline Moyer-Kardos, a second year strategy student at the VCU Brandcenter, sits down with Karen Costello, the Chief Creative Officer at the Martin Agency, which has its roots right here in Richmond, VA. Costello, who is the first female CCO in the company’s 53-year history, repeatedly appears on top creative lists, and most notably was named #3 on Business Insider’s list of top creative women in advertising.
