After some brief technical difficulties with our feed, Creativity at Work is back! Joining us on this episode is Dr. Roni Reiter-Palmon who is The Varner Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology and director of the I/O Psychology Graduate Program at UNO. Reiter-Palmon also serves as director for the Center for Collaboration Science, an interdisciplinary program at UNO. She teaches creativity and innovation in organizations, leadership, statistics and personnel selection which is why she was also selected to be the Fall 2018 scholar-in-residence for the VCU School of Business. Her research interests include creativity and innovation at the individual, team and organization level; cognitive processes of creativity; leading creative and interdisciplinary teams; team decision-making; and leadership development which makes her a perfect guest for our podcast.
