Episode Synopsis "Welcoming Change "
Change is one of those facts of life that isn't going to change, no surprise there. Though, we can surprise ourselves when we drop our preconceived notions and entertain unfamiliar info with an open mind. I'm sharing why I think it's so important (and safe!) to stay open to the possibilities newness brings, due to my own personal experience wielding some rather limited mindsets. It's a tale of how expanding my taste in art expanded my whole life, and how I know the universe is always equipping us with perfect intelligence to step into what's next and unknown. At the end, I also impart some wisdom on the imperative nature of change which I've learned from a great spiritual figure whom most of us know in one way or another.
