Episode Synopsis ""Yes, And" vs. "Yes, But": Life Through the Lens of Improv Theatre"
In this episode (Season 2, Ep. 2) of the Smooth Sailing podcast, B-UHS theatre students Haley Bouché, Christopher Dunaway, Brittany Sponaugle, and host Mr. Harvey are joined by a special guest all the way from Germany - renowned trauma therapist/trainer and improv player Eva Barnewitz. Together, they discuss the many life lessons of improvisational theatre (a major theme of Barnewitz's work, as well as her guest talk to B-U theatre classes this past week) and how high schoolers can learn to live with a "Yes, And" mentality.
