Episode Synopsis "Stress - And What You Can Do About It"
There are lots of stressors for teenagers (and anyone) in today’s world. From living with a pandemic to getting that Biology homework done, we often find ourselves “freaked out” by what we face on a day-to-day. In this episode, Mr. Harvey is joined by guest co-host and B-UHS Community In Schools Specialist Katy Ross, as well as student guests Kennedy Samargo and Iris Tenney, as they explore just how to handle the biggest stressors many high schoolers face.
