Episode Synopsis "Episode 4: The Grass is Always Greener"
Every football weekend, over 100,000 fans pay close attention to what’s being done on the field, but little focus goes into the field itself. But Paul Curtis and the rest of the Penn State grounds crew put in hundreds of hours of work each season to make sure one of the few natural grass fields left in college football is perfect. The effort they put in not only creates a blemish free playing surface, it also does a lot to prevent injuries.
