SYOLife (Save Your Own Life) is an organization dedicated to helping individuals of all ages start and/or maintain a healthy lifestyle, especially those suffering from Type 2 diabetes/prediabetes, high cholesterol, and obesity. Jan is passionate about this because she was diagnosed with prediabetes and very high cholesterol and was overweight in April 2017. She “saved her own life” by researching how to rid herself of these afflictions and adhering to what she learned.
