Episode Synopsis "Business/Economics and Sleep"

Learn about sleep from a business major's perspective—how does sleep affect productivity during the work day, whether that be in college or at a business? How much does sleep deprivation cost the US annually? What steps have some companies and universities taken to address the issues of sleep deprivation, and why do these approaches work? Drumil will speak to three students here at Emory to get their take on how sleep deprivation affects them at school and work. He'll also draw from studies taken from the sources below.  5 Smart Companies That Provide a Space for Napping on the Job. (n.d.).
