This is a combination of several practices you have already done.
It combines mental alternate nostril breathing with visualizations after you set your Sankalpa and after you work through your rotation of consciousness.
Focusing mostly on the Chidakasha, you will be transported through time and space, and called upon to stir up some differing feelings- not always pleasant.
Always remember, I am merely your guide. Ultimately, you are in control; if you feel a particular sensation that is displeasing, notice it, and allow yourself to either continue, to conquer your ego's desire to do as you are told, or to choose differently for yourself.
