Listen "Foundational Breath Focused (counting) Meditation"
Episode Synopsis
If you've ever been interested in using the breath as your focus for meditation, but haven't quite understood how, here is a guided meditation for counting the breath.
Prior to the Meditation, either get into a comfortable meditation seat (if you don't know how, please listen to my "meditation seat" podcast, and if you are still having trouble, send me a message to schedule a session specifically for setting you up in the seat that is right for you -

or, if you are just waking up, or just coming out of an intense day or activity, take about 10-15 minutes to yourself and do some yoga asana to ease your body into a clear, but relaxed mental state. If you don't know what to do for this, also, please book a session with me, so that I can get to a place that is ideal for meditation.
