If you know you know... I think dating now days may be eaiser than finding quality friendships. I come back from a podcast hiatus this week to talk about how difficult it can be to make friends as an adult and the steps I took to start cultivating these friendships. 

I am SUPER excited with the direction I am taking this podcast. I was limiting myself trying to stick in the health & fitness space as that is my career, but I created this podcast to break that. To talk about the messy side of being resilient and growing in life to become your future self.
