Episode Synopsis "Finding Footholds In The Hard Times - Interview w/Garrett Glaus during his health crisis"
Hey everyone, this is Garrett Glaus. I wanted to give some context for this interview: As I'm currently going through an unexpected health crisis, I wanted to share what's been helping me get through this year and what this has been teaching me (please forgive how messy I am writing this as I'm going through this). Through 2021, I've been going through late stage Lyme Disease and a Progressive Autoimmune Disease and, while I'm currently going through treatment, it has been a rollercoaster to say the least- even two days after Nathan Dowdy recorded this I was back in the emergency room. But, there's been some concepts that have been sustaining through the hardest moments and I couldn't keep them to myself if they had to potential to be as helpful to anyone else. So, incase my story could give you any footholds for you in your own situation, my good friend Nathan Dowdy put a lot of care and heart into making this interview happen.
