Episode Synopsis "Welcome to the PsA HQ Podcast Channel"

Hello & Welcome - I’m Mel from PsA HQ on instagram and twitter.   'PsA' is a short form term for Psoriatic Arthritis - a painful inflammatory condition associated with the skin condition Psoriasis but behind the condition are many inspirational and resilient people and this a place to talk about their stories and all the kinds of things that affect them -  not least how they manage in spite of it!   I've also learnt that sometimes these kinds of conditions don't come alone so we'll be talking about some of those things too. Over the last 15 years, I have seen how peer support and digital technologies are continuing to open up ways of sharing experience and how valuable they are as ways of helping ourselves and others.   I would love to hear from you and for you to join me on my podcast channel!
