For episode 4 I was very lucky to have on the show the highly talented, compassionate, and collaborative duo of Dr Gary Scheiner and Jenny Smith from Integrated Diabetes Services.

Gary and Jenny are both t1ds and part of a team of highly educated (exercise physiology and dietetics respectively) diabetes educators who help a significant amount of individuals worldwide with t1d to improve their a1c as well as quality of life with a seemingly burdening disease using compassion, actionable strategies, and humour (definitely helps to lighten the mood!)

In the episode we discuss a variety of topics, including nutrition for t1d's, management strategies, and more! Plenty to be gained from these two great minds.
