Episode Synopsis "Moira Moser on breaking gender barriers in architecture & building a global firm"
More than 40 years ago, Moira Moser broke the gender barrier when she ventured out on her own to launch M Moser Associates. Over the next four decades, she would go on to build her firm into one of the world’s most respected architecture firms. In honor of Women’s History Month, we spoke with Moira about the highs, the lows and the lessons learned from being a wildly successful female entrepreneur in a male-dominated profession. It’s a story about courage, perseverance and -- as Moira tells it -- the willingness to “just keep going” no matter the obstacle.
