Although since this time of year is so busy, it’s easy to be enticed by processed foods that are labeled as “healthy” or “sugar free”, in an attempt to cut down on calories. Although, many of these foods actually contain sugar substitutes that can cause issues in sensitive people. So today, Jenny is going to give us a run down of the different types of sugar substitutes commonly found in these foods, and the effects they can have on our bodies, especially for those of us with allergies and sensitivities.
