Episode Synopsis "Ch. 19 – SAQ - Speed, Agility, Quickness Training Concepts"
Hey, everybody. Welcome to your chapter nineteen review. We’re going to spend some time on SAQ, which is short for speed, agility, and quickness. This is another important piece of the integrated training puzzle. Speed is the velocity of movement in a given direction. Agility is the ability to sprint in multiple directions, or what we’d call running and cutting, while still maintaining postural control. And quickness refers to the ability to react to a stimulus and appropriately change the motion of the body in response to that stimulus. Don't wait. Become one of the World's best trainers with NASM. It's quick, easy, and affordable. Find out more: http://nasm.co/2PAUwPO
