Welcome back to another episode of Mindful and More. This week's episode focuses on creating and maintaining a positive perspective on life whilst going through more difficult life experiences/periods of time. I don't go into detail about what it is exactly that I am going through but I talk about how it is making me feel and how it is that I am coping, so hopefully whatever it is that you are going through, you will be able to relate to what I'm saying and there might be something that I say that helps you in your journey, even if only a tiny bit. Perspective is KEY. You WILL be ok.
