In this podcast Christopher Miles reads memo's from Sam Walton that were distributed to Wal-Mart employees in December 1971 along with January of 1972, and February of 1972. My goal is to inspire the mavericks of the new generations of Walmart employees as well as bring some nostalgia to those who worked hard to bring the company to where it is now. I grew up in the Walmart culture and I can say it is much different now than it used to be.
