Since the start of coal production in 1978, Linfen China has became the most polluted city in the world. Smoke from factories and exhaust from coal trucks have covered the city in a thick sheet of smog. Without a regulation like the United State's Clean Air Act of 1970, the air pollution problem in Linfen continues to grow worse.
