On this episode, Zuki and Maki discussed the reason why the ditched/quit religion. Religion is man's pre-determined/procedural method to reach God. It is mostly all about about following rules and regulations and of observing doctrinal beliefs. As Christians, we lose our empathy and genuine love for others when we are led solely by religious beliefs and practices. Zuki and Amaka shared anecdotal stories of how religion impacted their Christian Walk and the reason why they have decided to stop been religious but be more spiritual. They talked about how many Nigerian/African households/churches hold on to several religious practices like weekly church attendances, daily prayers, and other religious rites which does nothing but make people feel bound and not enjoy freedom in Christ.
