We do not all hope to be leaders. This is because leaders never succeed alone. They always require the help of others to succeed. Therefore, we need more people who take up the role of being an assistant and proudly too. St. Barnabas assisted St. Paul on his missionary journies. They were both successful though one was head and the other played the role of the assistant. We cannot all be leaders. We need more great people to take up the task of helping the leaders.
