In the fall of 2019, we interviewed Margaret Schuler – System VP of Revenue Cycle for OhioHealth. In that podcast, she described her efforts to strengthen the culture, and build resilience in her department of 1,700 employees. Since then, that resiliency has been tested – as her team overcame massive operational challenges with COVID-19. We asked Margaret to meet with us again (this time online) in July 2020, to provide an update. In this new podcast, she shares personally how her staff rose to the occasion, and used creative solutions to not only survive, but excel during and unforeseen and unyielding crisis.
