This podcast takes a look at Amway Corporation: Driving Consistent Strategic Performance of Distributors Globally. Amway is a direct seller of nutrition, beauty, personal care, and home care products. Amway identified a strategic need to improve its distributors' performance. They used six components as their intervention to improve their distributor's performance. This resulted in an increase in sales and the number of new distributors. Amway sought a balance of global consistency and enabling autonomy for each region. This episode provides the audience with the host's perspective on Amway's systematic approach and lessons learn to apply for the Human Performance Improvement Project.
