Merlin and Hugo in a mini retreat session for about 40minutes. Merlin runs preparatory sessions for a longer retreat as long as two weeks. Mr Hugo hosts the road to the IPO podcast, an artist, an entrepreneur, an influencer and many more. During the session, Hugo experienced seeing a hue of his hands and fingers. He did not realize that this what we call as Aura experience. He was set to many excited and surprising activities in the dark to  experience loss, fear, old tensions.... and learned few techniques to conquer and dissolve such emotions.
