Memory Verse: "‭‭Through faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that things which are seen were not made of things which do appear" - Hebrews 11:3 KJV Bible Text: Genesis 1: 3 - 4 KJV 3. And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4. And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness. INSPIRATION: It was Apostle Paul who told us that things happen for our example and were written for our admonition (1 Cor. 10: 11). It is therefore our responsibility to follow these examples to create our own outcomes. If God, in whose image we're created spoke and saw them come into being, we should know our worlds are as powerful and potent. We should not just throw words into space thinking they're idle words. No, they go into our future to create a reality, whether positive or negative. Truth is, in the realm of the spirit, no word is considered a joke! So many of us have shaped our reality in negativity! We wrongly assume that being modest means talking down on ourselves but in such careless engagements, we mortgage our future by creating outcomes that hurt and pursue us. This is a simple universal principle of seedtime and harvest (Gen. 8:22)! God said, "Let there be...," and there was. And God saw what he spoke into being. How would you feel when you see everything you speak over your life come into existence? Would you, like God say, "And it was good"? The worlds were framed by the word of God; your words are framing your own reality too. TODAY'S TAKE HOME: ‭‭Don't self-destruct! Make a deliberate and wise choice to speak the right words into your life. Whatever you choose, already has an outcome by law of natural justice. PRAYER: O Lord, please, teach me to bridle my tongue so that no idle negative word proceeds out of my mouth. Cause my thoughts to be pure and true that they may influence the things I say and see, in Jesus name.
