Hello and welcome everyone, Happy Friday, I hope this week has been good to you. In today’s episode I am going to share with all of you a little bit about my life story. I will highlight important concepts and share some of the more meaningful lessons I learned in order to grow and break free from negativity. I want to start by being honest with you. There was a time in my life when I felt trapped by my own thoughts and beliefs. I lived in fear of what others thought, constantly replaying moments from my past that I couldn’t seem to let go of.But here’s the thing—I’ve realized that to truly heal, we need to face that fear and allow ourselves to be vulnerable. So, I want to lead by example today. I want to share my heart with you because I believe that through vulnerability, we find strength and freedom.I’m not here as someone who has all the answers. I’m here as someone who’s walked through it, and I want to walk alongside you as you face what’s holding you back. Together, let’s break free from the thoughts and beliefs that have kept us stuck and step into the freedom waiting for us in the present.
