Crappy 2 Happy Homes is a real estate investment firm which does three things:  1. Help home sellers sell who looking for a practical solution when other options are limited or nonexistent. 2. Support general contractor by hiring them to renovate homes to bring properties back to “for sale” standards. And 3. Identify investors looking to make reasonable profits by loaning their funds to bring homes back to community standards. As the CEO of Crappy 2 Happy Homes, I have a common background in one sense as I worked as a Realtor for 12 years.
