Chris is the co-founder of CoffeeChat and is based on the beautiful island of Mauritius. He has spent the past 7 years helping establish and scale ag-tech and microfinance start-ups across Africa including significant time in Ghana, Gabon, Kenya, Malawi and Zambia. His experience with the opportunities and challenges of talent development at all levels of organizations, and the power of 1-on-1 coaching as an important talent development tool, inspired him to launch CoffeeChat in early 2019.
