To celebrate Women’s History Month, we feature two inspiring immigrant women leaders and recognize their achievements and contributions. Listen to this episode as Kate Lam, Program Coordinator, Employer Partner Relations and Mentor Recruitment at TRIEC engages in a conversation with Raunica Ahluwalia, Professor, School of Marketing at Seneca Polytechnic, who transitioned from a TRIEC Mentoring Partnership (TMP) mentee to a mentor, and Karen Johnson, Co-Chair, Partnership and Finance at the Black Female Accounts Network, and an accomplished TRIEC Professional Immigrant Network (PINs) leader. They share insights into their career journeys before and after coming to Canada, their active involvement with TRIEC’s programs, and offer valuable advice for immigrant women taking on leadership roles while building their careers in Canada.
