Episode Synopsis
In this meditation we practice gentle yoga movements on a mat. It is a gentle way of befriending our body, eliminating tensions and bringing our mind to rest. We bring awareness to our body sensations as we move and listen carefully to our limits. Whenever something does not feel right or hurts feel free to do another movement or do it only in our mind.
