We are made to adapt to our environment. You provide a stimulus and the body adapts to it over time, the more it is exposed to it. This applies to all things in life, but especially when it comes to nutrition and fitness.
The more we challenge our muscles, the more they adapt and grow.
The more we challenge our thoughts around nutrition and try new things, the easier it gets.
If we give up before we've had a chance to change, then it might feel like we are spinning on a hamster wheel we can't get off of. BUT if you keep going, eventually you will get to a place where the change has happened and you've developed a new norm.
Keep going. Don't stop. The magic is in the work you are avoiding.
