When we fall out of alignment with our nutrition and fitness habits, our first go to is to eliminate, reduce and make smaller.
I'm tired of thinking that way. I want us to shift the focus to what can I add back in, how can I get bigger and more powerful?
We have to stop thinking that less is more, smaller is better and eliminating is the only answer to our problems. If we fall off course, the best thing to do is get right back on track with the habits we know that work. Add them back in. Show up more powerfully.
The way to do this is to be consistent in your habits. Practice them over, and over and over again until they become engrained in who you are. So that when you do fall out of alignment, there is not other way then to just get right back on track.
