Episode Synopsis

Front loading my day helps me find balance throughout my day. It helps me be more intentional about getting the things in that I want to get in for my day and it allows me to feel success early on in the day.
Do you plan ahead? Do you think about how you will get these things in? Or do you wing it and leave it to chance?

Nothing I want magically happens. The water I want to drink during the day, the steps I want to get in and the workouts I have programmed don't magically happen. I plan for them and try to front load my day to get things done.
