In this episode Dr Egan goes through all the triggers which can cause anxiety, stress and depression for people with Multiple Sclerosis, or other chronic conditions. He also shares many suggestions on what you can do to start taking control of these emotions. There are many ways, and every person needs a different technique, such as some people need to do physical work to increase vitality, whereas others need to take a nap to restore theirs.
