Carolina García Arbeláez is the Global Sustainability and Innovation Director at AB InBev. Passionate about sustainability, and leading within a major beverage manufacturer, Carolina discusses Sustainability & Innovation in Manufacturing with Richard. Covering how you can achieve this from site level up to leaders, the impact of changing the DNA of a company, what has already been done to improve and what more can be done in the future. Carolina is a leader with over 10 years of experience working for a more equitable and sustainable world, currently in ABinBev responsible for sustainability and innovation initiatives globally, as well as co-leading 100+ Accelerator. She is a One Young World Ambassador and one of the 88 women around the world chosen for the Homeward Bound leadership program and its Antarctic Expedition in 2019. Caroline has published several articles in national and international media. For more than 3 years she worked in WWF in the international climate negotiations (from COP19 to COP22) and in local climate advocacy. She has taught international environmental law courses at Rosario and Externado University. She is the author of the climate change book “Cambio climático: lo que está en juego” and author of the booklets “El Acuerdo de París: así actuará Colombia frente al cambio climático”, amongst others. https://zaptic.com/
