As the Western Europe Excellence Senior Manager at Carlsberg, Cedric and Richard will be discussing Carlsberg Excellence & Continuous Improvement programs, sharing best practice, success stories, challenges faced and how they effectively digitally transformed key processes to stay ahead of the digitalisation curve. As a mechanical and continuous improvement engineer, Cedric started his career in manufacturing environments. He worked for different types of businesses: electrical power components, packaging and now in beverages. He has occupied different positions as an industrialisation engineer, shift leader, maintenance manager, WCM manager and champion. In 2016, he got the JIPM special award which recognised the maturity level in continuous improvement of his factory. In 2019, he joined Carlsberg and had the responsibility to lead the global Smart Brewery project which aims to speed up the implementation of the excellence program through all the regions of Carlsberg.https://zaptic.com/
