TODAY'S DEVOTIONAL
"Prayer is the only power we have. It is my personal individual belief that prayer can change the Universe. Politics & power cannot." - Yogi Bhajan

TODAY'S BREATH
"The radiance and beauty of a person depends on the clarity and shine of his circumvent force field, which in turn depends on the balance of energy in the left (moon) and right (sun) sides of the body. This praanayam creates this balance and allows the mind to rid itself of doubts.
The mind has many stages and states. It constantly generates the waves of thought you need in order for you and your brain to relate to this world. Normally people teach meditations to restrict the flow of the thought.
You cannot stop the thoughts from being produced, but you can alter your relationship to them selectively."

TODAY'S MANTRA
Ardas Bhaee by The Sat Nam Sessions (see playlist below)
This is a mantra for answered prayers.
“The prayer has gone out, Guru Amar Das hears the prayer and Guru Ram Das confirms it and is the true guarantee, that it is accepted”
