Presented by Vira Bhava Yoga, this podcast explores our understanding of Yoga and its relationship to Resilience. Through contemplation, conversation, wondering and experience, we explore Resilience as synonymous with the path and practice of Yoga. Our conversations unpack the points of crossover, the similarities of experience, and the ways that both practices support arriving whole and alive in the midst of hardship and challenge, taking down the bricks of protection and projection to be vulnerable and malleable, and opening to the possibility of being changed by the situations in which we find ourselves. Most of these conversations were recorded live with current Vira Bhava Yoga students.
