During our stay at TrackTown16 in Eugene, Oregon we sat down with TUNE ambassador and US long distance runner Ryan Vail. He talks about his recovery from his recent injury and how he uses different training methods to come back stronger. We also touch upon the many wearables out there and how he uses some of them to be a smarter runner. Ryan will compete in the upcoming New York City Marathon and we wish him all the best.
