Katoch brings 27 years of culinary experience, most recently working with Hilton Worldwide at Hilton Saratoga, Waldorf Astoria Orlando and Hilton San Diego Bayfront. Katoch holds a certified culinary diploma from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition in Hyderabad, India.
