Episode Synopsis "Father Joseph Carola (September 2019)"

Fr. Joseph Carola, S.J. was born in Houston, Texas and was ordained there for the New Orleans Province of the Society of Jesus. He holds B.A. degrees in Philosophy and Spanish, an M.Div. from The Weston School in Boston, an S.T.L. in Patristic Theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome, and an S.T.D. in Theology and Patristic Science from the Pontifical Augustinian University in Rome. He was the longtime chaplain to the University of St. Thomas's Catholic Studies Rome program, and currently serves on the faculty of the same Gregorian University in Rome, Italy. Vespers at Lourdes is a monthly gathering of young Catholics in the Twin Cities at Our Lady of Lourdes parish. Each evening starts with chanted Vespers (evening prayer) and adoration followed by fellowship and a talk. Learn more at vespersatlourdes.com and join us in person for the next event!
