For a long time, one of my worst habits was drinking energy drinks. I'd drink two or three a day - and I HATED the fact that I did it, but I couldn't stay disciplined enough to quit. I kept doing it for years.  Finally, I got fed up enough with the consequences to finally give the habit up once and for all.  In this video, I'll share some of the techniques that helped me break this habit - and many others since.
