Episode Synopsis "Episode 00 -Introduction. Hello there :)"
This episode is just a quick introduction to the podcast- 'To my younger self'. It is a podcast that was birthed out of a desire to see more women and people of colour be represented in a better light. Representation is important and it is harder to be what you cannot see. I started my fashion business at the tender age of 17 in 2015. At that time, there were not many other young people that I could see running their own businesses. It was also really hard to find role models that looked like me being presented in ways I'd aspire to be like in the general media. Given this experience, I know how impactful representation is so I hope this podcast, will provide value to you. I credit the backing track used in the podcast to @chillaxybeatz.
