He was the trainer of the Mumbai U-19 Cricket team that went onto the Finals of the U-19 Cooch Behar Trophy 2019-20. Vishal da is also big on helping young athletes to excel in their sport with the help of Yogic principles.His methods of teaching athletes Yogic principles is very different and easy to understand and implement. He went on to explain the science behind certain topics that are very important in our life.
