Episode Synopsis "Therapy is a beautiful thing ❤️. Do you ever wonder what it’s like?"

During your time in therapy. There are times you’ll feel empowered and times you’ll feel sad but; one thing for certain . Therapy will result in the exploration or opportunity to address yourself in ways you least suspect. In therapy you will arrive to discuss your triggers. Sometimes you will find yourself able to challenge your triggers, sometimes you will retreat from your triggers, sometimes you I’ll simply want to ignore your triggers. At moments you’ll be ready to face those triggers head on to simply overcome them. But, sometimes it’s easier said than done. Therapy helps you not only identify your triggers but you will learn to either forgive and forget the trigger or find peace.
