How can you reward yourself for accomplishing even the smaller things like putting the scissors away? This isn't an "everyone gets a trophy" type of thinking, it's an easy way to create a much needed dopamine hit for a neurodiverse brain. That said, are we in need of too much external validation? We also discuss some household programs we've tried to varying degrees of success. How do you get buy in from your kids? Are rewards a good thing?
