In the first chapter we address anxiety, which is defined as our body's natural response to stress. It's a feeling of fear or apprehension about what's to come. Considering that this time of year can be very stressful, people tend to deal with a lot of anxiety, and it's important to mention that the unpredictability of this pandemic can cause a lot of fear about what will happen, so it's very important to find ways to manage anxiety and live with it during these difficult times.
