Episode Synopsis "How My Camera Has Helped Me Become A Better Leader"
Learning to shoot my camera in manual mode has had more implications for my life than just being able to shoot better pictures. At 3:32 in the morning, trying to get the best shot of the milky way, adjusting the aperture, shutter and ISO for optimal performance, the light came on. I instantly began to draw parallels from my camera settings to my own personal settings. How do I adjust my own personal aperture or perspective so that I am able to understand and honor the people I serve? Is my personal ISO at the proper setting to empathize with what my team is dealing with at the moment so that I can provide the proper assistance? Through learning how to shoot in manual I am better able to capture moments with my camera. Through learning how to shoot in manual I am also better able to provide better moments for my people.
